- $3,000 cash payout under Workfare Special Payment, for workers who had already received Workfare Income Supplement payment previously in 2019
– $1,500 in July; $1,500 in October - Enhanced Silver Support Scheme – higher quarterly payout of up to $900 to lower-income seniors
- $1,000 bursaries for pre-university students from lower-income families
- Temporary Relief Fund to provide immediate financial assistance of $500

– $500 SkillsFuture Credit top-up for every Singaporean aged 25 and above
