Developed by Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), SNEF Digital aims to equip workers with digital skills and build up digital HR capabilities.
The initiative was launched by Second Minister for Manpower Josephine Teo on 7 February 2018.
“The digital age is upon us. The tripartite partners will take full advantage of our longstanding relationship to help businesses and workers embrace all the opportunities brought about by technological advances,” she said.

SNEFDigital will focus on helping employers, especially small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) adopt digital technologies at the workplace. This will include HR functions and will incorporate building data analytics capabilities among HR professionals.
It will also strive to train managers in digital skills.
The initiative comes under SNEF’s Workplace Transformation Programme (WTP) to help companies start their digital journey.
Best of all, companies can tap on the WTP to receive a 70 per cent subsidy from Workforce Singapore for up to 100 consulting hours.
